Goliath greedy aka Google 10 years

Founded 10 years ago by two students now global beast dominated all advertising online market. For most Geek Google has 13 years old if you look that way: corporate history page:
“By January of 1996, Larry and Sergey had begun collaboration on a search engine called BackRub, named for its unique ability to analyze the “back links” pointing to a given website.”
Now if you look another way when the Google.com domain name was registered, you will find 2 dates: 11on September and 15.
So! Which one is your?
